Delivery

Gardiner Distribution Ltd is pleased to delivery our full portfolio of products Nationwide. From ducting to full kitchen, no order is too big or small.

Once you place your order online you will be able to access this in your 'My Account' section, we will also email you an automated order confirmation. Unless specifically stated on our site, our sales team will contact you within 48 business hours to advise a delivery date and method.

For all orders arriving on our own transport, unless otherwise agreed, this will be a one-man, ground floor delivery, into premises or customer home. Please note that our drivers are not insured to enter customer homes, but will do so as a goodwill gesture, any issues that arise whilst in a customer's home do not quality for compensation, please alert your customer should you/they pick this option. Failed deliveries either to a trade premises or customer home may be chargeable for redelivery.

Please check goods for damage with driver and sign to confirm whether you have done so. If you are unable to then please alert us within 24 hours from point of delivery if there is an issue with your delivery to qualify for a free of charge replacement, after this time it would not be possible to accurately deduce if damage had occurred in transit or whilst in your possession.

Driver is able to remove unwanted packaging should you require, ideally, please let us know ahead of our arrival so we can ensure there is space on the vehicle to accommodate your request. Our drivers are not permitted to install your appliance.

Delivery date and method will vary depending on what you have ordered and your location. If you order is time sensitive, please email us on [email protected] before ordering to ensure we can meet your request. For appliances, sinks & taps, we usually require seven working days to deliver and kitchen & bedroom furniture will vary from 3 weeks to 8 weeks for more bespoke projects.

This guide will advise you projected delivery dates if you fall within our Gardiner Fleet free delivery zone, and prices for chargeable deliveries covered either by ourselves or a trusted, experienced third party courier. Please use this guide as an estimate, we have a degree of flexibility to suit your needs.

Your delivery charges will auto-generate at checkout, combining smaller items with larger items so that you pay as little for delivery as possible.

For customers who are receiving their delivery by pallet, either to their premises or direct to customer, please note that this is a one-man, kerbside delivery only. All drivers are required to wait for you to check goods for damage before they depart, by signing for your delivery without checking the condition of the goods you are foregoing your right to claim for a replacement item as any damage which is later reported would be impossible to ascertain if this had occurred in transit of whilst goods are in your possession.

Pallet delivery days can be selected by you or your customer for any day of the week, Monday-Friday (surcharge is applicable for Express, timed or Saturday deliveries). If a contact number is provided, your local pallet depot will contact you/your customer to confirm delivery date and time to ensure someone will be present to receive the delivery.

If you have restricted access for a HGV, please inform us in the comments section when you place your order or by return when we email you to advise you will be receiving a pallet delivery. Failure to do so, resulting a failed delivery with a re-delivery charge will need to be passed on to you before the local depot can attempt to dispatch again, alternatively you can arrange your own collection from your local pallet depot.

Please note that your phone number and email will be passed to the courier to contact you only regarding your delivery as an extension of our Company and they are not permitted to contact you regarding any other business nor add you to a mailing list.

If your order falls into the courier category, your item will be delivered by DPD. As well as an email update from our team advising your delivery date, DPD will then contact you by mobile phone (if provided) or email to confirm your delivery date and time.

Please do not sign for goods that have obvious signs of damage, you can request driver wait while you unpack and check goods, if driver is not able to do so with you, then you must unpack yourself (even if goods are not required immediately) and report damage within 24 hours from point of receipt to qualify for a free of charge replacement. After this time, it would be impossible to deduce if goods had been damaged in transit or whilst in your possession.
